Lately batik is being trend. Not only the elderly, young children are now getting hooked and menggandrungi batik clothing. Indeed, the use of batik cloth is a form of appreciation of the ancestral culture of our nation. However, to appreciate batik is not quite up to the purchase and use, but to the care that is not easily damaged.

Wash Batik
The first step ie, dissolve special soap to wash the batik (lerak) or shampoo (baby) into the water evenly. It is also strictly prohibited to use detergent because it may damage the colors in batik.
Second, soak briefly batik fabrics to be washed (approximately 30 minutes)
Third, ucek batik cloth gently, especially for parts that are considered the dirtiest (not necessarily all parts duck cloth, and do not use the washing machine because it was too strong in the rubbing cloth)
Fourth, once considered a clean cloth, can be squeezed (not too hard).
The good, no drying batik in direct sun. Batik cloth batik easily fades when exposed to the wet heat of direct sunlight.
